Women's Health

Program Overview

Women's health encompasses the diagnosis and management of conditions across the female lifespan, with particular focus on perimenopause and menopause, hormonal imbalances, bone density loss, and sexual health concerns.

We evaluate symptoms in the context of a patient's full clinical picture and use laboratory data to guide individualized treatment plans. Therapy decisions are informed by current evidence, patient risk profile, and shared clinical decision-making.

Perimenopause & Menopause Management

Evaluation of vasomotor symptoms, sleep disruption, mood changes, and vaginal atrophy. Hormonal and non-hormonal therapies are considered based on symptom severity, risk profile, and patient preference, using both systemic and local formulations.

Bone Health & Osteoporosis

DEXA scan interpretation, assessment of fracture risk, and initiation of pharmacologic therapy when indicated. Dietary counseling, targeted supplementation, and weight-bearing exercise are addressed as part of a structured bone health strategy.

Hormonal Assessment

Evaluation of thyroid function, adrenal markers, and key estrogenic, progestogenic, and androgenic markers. Treatment is guided by lab values in clinical context, not lab values alone.

Sexual Wellness

Addressing decreased libido, dyspareunia, and genitourinary syndrome of menopause with appropriate hormonal and non-hormonal therapies.
