Skin Health & Dermatology
Program Overview
Dermatologic conditions are commonly managed in the primary care setting. We evaluate and treat acne vulgaris, eczema (atopic dermatitis), psoriasis, rosacea, and other common skin conditions.
For patients seeking medical-grade skin treatments, we offer evidence-based topical therapies including prescription formulations, compounded preparations, and referral for dermatologic procedures when appropriate.
Assessment of acne type and severity, topical and oral prescription therapies, hormonal evaluation in female patients, and advanced systemic therapy consideration for severe or refractory cases.
Diagnosis and ongoing management with topical anti-inflammatory and barrier-repair therapies. Referral for systemic immunomodulatory therapy in moderate-to-severe psoriasis.
Trigger identification and management with topical metronidazole, azelaic acid, or ivermectin. Avoidance strategies and skincare recommendations.
Clinical evaluation of suspicious lesions using the ABCDE criteria, with biopsy referral and dermatology coordination for concerning findings.
