Longevity Medicine

Program Overview

Longevity medicine applies current evidence from geroscience, metabolic research, and preventive cardiology to reduce the risk of age-related chronic disease. Rather than treating disease after it develops, we focus on identifying and modifying risk factors in the preclinical phase.

This includes cardiovascular risk reduction, metabolic optimization, cancer screening, cognitive health maintenance, and musculoskeletal preservation. Treatment decisions are grounded in published clinical evidence and individualized based on each patient's risk profile, family history, and lab data.

Cardiovascular Risk Reduction

Aggressive lipid management, blood pressure optimization, and use of coronary artery calcium scoring to guide lipid-modifying therapy decisions in intermediate-risk patients.

Metabolic & Glucose Optimization

Early identification and treatment of metabolic dysfunction to prevent progression to endocrine disease, with consideration of pharmacotherapy for eligible patients.

Cancer Screening & Prevention

Adherence to evidence-based screening guidelines with discussion of emerging biomarkers, and risk-stratified approaches for patients with family history.

Cognitive & Musculoskeletal Health

Screening for early cognitive changes, optimization of modifiable risk factors for dementia (hypertension, diabetes, hearing loss), and strategies to maintain muscle mass and bone density with aging.
