Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. We conduct all consultations via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth portals, allowing you to meet with your provider from the comfort of your home or office. If an in-person evaluation or physical care is required, we will promptly refer you to a partner clinic or trusted provider within your local area.

We are not currently accepting medical insurance. We operate on a direct primary care model, offering flat-rate visit fees to ensure cost transparency. We do have a modified fee schedule for those on a fixed income; please reach out if you wish to receive more information.

Please have a government-issued photo ID, an accurate list of your current medications, and any recent laboratory results or relevant medical records available.

All scheduling, rescheduling, and communication can be handled promptly and directly through our secure online booking portal or via email.
